•Delivery Time:

Most orders will arrive within 7-12 days, but some orders may take 15-25 days. 

*Please note that estimated delivery times are for reference only. If the actual delivery time exceeds the above-mentioned time, we will not offer a refund or exchange, as we have no control over the logistics company/customs clearance/factory/other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is processed and packaged, we will entrust a reliable logistics partner for delivery. Since our customers are located worldwide, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery times will vary based on the destination country/region and the delivery method you selected at checkout.

*Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, local holidays, and unforeseen events. We recommend that you consider these potential delays when placing your order.

To keep you informed of delivery times and logistics information, we will send a confirmation email immediately after your order is shipped. You can check your order status via the tracking link in the confirmation email. Some logistics companies may require several days to update tracking information.

•Taxes/Import Duties

All taxes, levies, import duties, or similar charges levied by any country are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.

The consequences of failing to pay such taxes/customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. The seller is not obligated to pay taxes/customs duties for the customer.

•Other Situations

If the package is returned for any reason, the customer/buyer will need to pay the reshipment fee (e.g., the recipient is not home or other circumstances).

•Delivery Failure

If the first delivery fails, the customer may need to contact the local post office/courier company to arrange pickup.
